They will join Samet Yigitoglu, Aiden Sherrell, and Markus Burton in the starting five. Mustaf and Harris have secured their positions over Villanova transfer Bryce Lindsay, who started 31 games last season and averaged 12.3 points per game.
Standing at 6 feet 6 inches, Mustaf brings size and physicality to the team. The two-year starter from Georgia Tech recorded 516 points, 206 rebounds, 112 assists, and 39 steals in 55 games.
Although Harris did not start in 57 games at Duke, he has gained attention for his shooting skills during the offseason. Lindsay is expected to play a prominent role off the bench, along with Trent Sisley and Sam Alexis.
Freshmen Prince-Alexander Moody, Vaughn Karvala, and Trevor Manhertz are also anticipated to make contributions. Karvala is in uniform for the game after missing some recent practices.
