The Golden State Warriors have reportedly signed guard Brandin Podziemski to a five-year contract extension valued at $110 million. The agreement, which includes a mutual option for the fifth year, was confirmed by his agent Bill Duffy of WME Basketball and reported by ESPN’s Shams Charania on Saturday.

Podziemski, 23, has shown consistent improvement since being drafted 19th overall by Golden State from Santa Clara in 2023. In the 2025-26 NBA season, he achieved a career-high average of 13.8 points per game, along with 5.1 rebounds and 3.7 assists, while shooting 45.5% from the field over the course of all 82 games.
This extension solidifies the Warriors’ strategy to retain key young talent, following their earlier moves to extend veteran star Stephen Curry and re-sign other critical players such as Draymond Green, Al Horford, Kristaps Porziņģis, De’Anthony Melton, and Gary Payton II this offseason.
