Denver is returning from a bye week and has not played since the previous rankings were announced on March 17. This season, the Pioneers have faced six teams currently recognized in the ITA rankings, achieving notable wins against then-No. 39 Arizona and then-No. 61 Colorado. Four of Denver's five losses have come against ranked teams: No. 16 Arizona State, No. 33 Utah, No. 36 BYU, and No. 53 Oregon.

This marks the fifth appearance for Denver in the ITA rankings this season and its third consecutive week within the top 75.

The ITA Division I Women's Collegiate Tennis Rankings evaluate the top 75 teams from a total of 313, along with the top 125 singles and top 60 doubles teams at the NCAA Division I level. Team rankings are published weekly, while singles and doubles rankings are updated bi-weekly through March, shifting to weekly updates in April.

The Pioneers are set to play twice in three days in Memphis, beginning with a dual match against the University of Memphis on Wednesday, March 25, followed by a neutral-site encounter with Xavier on Friday, March 27.
