ESPN Reveals 2027 Men's College Basketball Big Monday Schedule with Key ACC and Big 12 Matches

ESPN has announced its 2027 men’s college basketball Big Monday schedule, which will feature five consecutive weeks of doubleheaders highlighting significant matchups in the ACC and Big 12 conferences. This schedule includes nine teams ranked in the top 25 according to ESPN's Way Too Early rankings.

Starting on February 1, ESPN will broadcast prominent games in the ACC at 7 p.m. ET and the Big 12 at 9 p.m. ET until March 1, the last Monday of the college basketball regular season. Featured teams include No. 2 Duke, No. 12 Virginia, No. 15 Louisville, and No. 18 Miami in the ACC, alongside No. 6 Arizona, No. 9 Texas Tech, No. 17 Houston, No. 19 BYU, and No. 25 Kansas from the Big 12.

The matchups include several compelling storylines. The season opener features Miami and Duke, both of whom are expected to contend for top spots in the ACC. Kansas and Houston will see two esteemed coaches, Bill Self and Kelvin Sampson, face off.

The following week, Louisville travels to North Carolina, marking the debut of new Tar Heels head coach Michael Malone. TCU will take on the Arizona Wildcats, showcasing some of the nation’s top talent.
