
LEXINGTON, Ky. – The Kentucky men's basketball team has finalized its 2026-27 schedule, with the Southeastern Conference announcing the dates, tip times, and television assignments for league games and select nonconference matchups.

The Wildcats will play a total of 35 games, including 32 regular-season games and three exhibitions. Rupp Arena at Central Bank Center in Lexington will host 22 of these contests, while there will also be 10 away games and neutral-site games against Kansas, Indiana, and North Carolina. Kentucky is set to face 17 teams that participated in the 2026 NCAA Tournament, including two exhibition games.
The schedule includes exhibition games beginning on October 16 against Little Rock, followed by Texas Tech on October 23, and UCF on October 28. The regular season kicks off with a home game against Manhattan on November 3.
Notable games include a matchup against Kansas at the Champions Classic on November 10 in Chicago, and a game against Indiana at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis on November 20. The Wildcats will also face their rival Louisville at home on December 12.
In conference play, Kentucky will compete in a full SEC slate, starting with a home game against Ole Miss on January 5 and concluding with a matchup against Texas A&M on March 3.
Returning players include Braydon Hawthorne, Malachi Moreno, Trent Noah, Reece Potter, and Kam Williams, with Moreno being named to the All-SEC Freshman Team last season. Williams tied the program record for most three-pointers in a game with eight against Bellarmine.
The Wildcats have also added several highly regarded transfers, including Milan Momcilovic, who led the nation in three-point shooting last year and was a star at Iowa State. Other transfer additions include backcourt players Zoom Diallo, Jerone Morton, and Alex Wilkins, as well as frontcourt players Franck Kepnang and Justin McBride.
The incoming freshman class features Zyon Hawthorne, Ousmane N’Diaye, and Mason Williams, bolstering the team's talent for the upcoming season.
