The season is set to commence on November 2 with a matchup against Maryland Eastern Shore at John Paul Jones Arena. The Half-Season Cav Pass offers access to eight home games, allowing fans to select two games from Louisville, Stanford, or Virginia Tech, along with six additional matchups from the remaining schedule. Initially, tickets are issued as general admission, but fans can exchange them online for reserved seating starting 48 hours before tipoff, subject to availability.

The Mini Cav Pass Voucher option begins with five vouchers for $55, with the option to purchase additional vouchers for $11 each. These vouchers can be redeemed 48 hours before tipoff for any regular-season home game except for Virginia Tech. All exchanges must be done online prior to tipoff.

Season tickets are also available, starting at $70 each. The Family Four Pack, which includes four season tickets, starts at $240. Fans may purchase up to 10 season tickets at a discounted rate for family and friends.
