Entry Lists Revealed for Roland-Garros 2026

In the men's singles, Carlos Alcaraz, the two-time defending champion, has withdrawn due to a wrist injury, which had previously caused him to miss tournaments in Barcelona and Madrid. Alcaraz’s exit leaves world No. 1 Alexander Zverev and Novak Djokovic, the 2025 Australian Open finalist, as top contenders for the title. The draw also features established players and a new generation eager to challenge the dominance of the sport’s leading figures.

Zhizhen Zhang (No. 60) and Thanasi Kokkinakis (No. 84) are set to compete through special rankings, while French player Arthur Cazaux (No. 70) will miss the tournament due to an elbow injury.

In doubles, top-ranked players Katerina Siniakova and Taylor Townsend hope to continue their successful partnership after their recent triumphs, including titles in Indian Wells, Miami, and Madrid. The women’s doubles will feature several wildcard teams, including Clara Burel and Chloé Paquet.

The men’s doubles competition will also be competitive, with 2025 Rolex Paris Masters winners Harri Heliovaara and Henry Patten looking to add a Roland-Garros title to their achievements. Wildcards awarded in this category include Clement Chidekh and Valentin Royer.

In mixed doubles, defending champions Sara Errani and Andrea Vavassori are seeded No. 1 and are aiming for their fourth Grand Slam title.

Wheelchair tennis events will be held from June 2 to June 6, with Tokito Oda, the three-time reigning men’s singles champion, returning as a prime contender. Alfie Hewett and several other top competitors will also participate. Yui Kamiji hopes to defend her women’s singles title, while quad event champion Guy Sasson seeks a hat-trick victory against strong challengers.

The draw for wheelchair tennis, including men's, women's, and quad events, will be finalized on June 1.
