Frey brings extensive experience in finance and governance, with over 35 years in capital markets, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and financial engineering. Her previous roles include positions at Morgan Stanley, Bear Stearns, Drexel Burnham Lambert, and MatlinPatterson Global Advisors. She is also the co-founder and managing partner of F2P Ventures, where she advises companies on capital strategy, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and strategic partnerships.

In addition to her work with the WTA, Frey serves as an independent director on the boards of Healthcare.com, a digital health marketplace backed by private equity, and Runaway Growth Finance Corp. (Nasdaq: RWAY), a publicly traded business development company.

Frey expressed her enthusiasm for her new role, stating that she aims to leverage her finance, strategy, and governance experience to ensure player voices are central to future decisions impacting the Tour.
