Julian Hall, an 18-year-old forward from Red Bull New York, continued his impressive form by scoring in his third straight match. He opened the scoring in the 28th minute by capitalizing on a mistake from Mexican goalkeeper Raúl Rangel, tapping in a rebound.

Cavan Sullivan, representing the Philadelphia Union, followed suit by becoming the youngest-ever goalscorer for the USMNT. He intercepted Rangel's clearance and skillfully lobbed the ball over him to extend the lead in the 63rd minute.

The third goal came from Malik Tillman, who scored five minutes before the end of the match. This victory was further solidified for the USMNT when Mexico's Mateo Chávez received a straight red card in the 68th minute, reducing Mexico to ten players.

Next, the USMNT will face Canada on Tuesday, October 6, while Mexico is set to play Chile on the same day.
