Pepperdine men's basketball, led by head coach Griff Aldrich, has announced its non-conference schedule for the 2026-27 season, which includes 16 games and marks the inaugural contests at The Mountain at Mullin Park.

The Waves will host eight non-conference games in Malibu and will also travel to face teams at Cornell, Sam Houston, Oregon, Abilene Christian, Sacramento State, Montana, and Loyola Marymount. The schedule consists of matchups against opponents from 12 different Division I conferences.

The season kicks off on the road against Cornell on November 2 in Ithaca, New York. The Waves will then return to Malibu to play La Sierra on November 5 and Bethesda on November 7 at Firestone Fieldhouse.

Following their home games, Pepperdine will travel to Sam Houston on November 11 and face Oregon on November 15 in Eugene, Oregon.

After these road games, the Waves will host a three-game homestand featuring UC Santa Barbara on November 19, UNC Greensboro on November 23, and Cal State Bakersfield on November 25. Notably, the matchup on November 25 will be the last game at Firestone Fieldhouse, concluding a 53-year history as the home of Pepperdine basketball.

Pepperdine will participate in the Gratitude Thanksgiving Classic on November 28, playing against Lehigh in Thousand Oaks, California, and will complete a home-and-home series against Abilene Christian on December 1.

On December 5, the Waves will make history by hosting Florida Gulf Coast in the first game at The Mountain at Mullin Park, a new 3,600-seat arena that will become Pepperdine's new home. This venue is expected to enhance the gameday experience for fans in Malibu.

The Waves will remain at The Mountain for a game against Prairie View A&M on December 9 before traveling to Sacramento State on December 13 and Montana on December 18.

Pepperdine returns to Malibu to face Quinnipiac on December 21, concluding their non-conference schedule with a game against Loyola Marymount on December 29.

Notably, Pepperdine's contests with Cornell, La Sierra, Bethesda, Sam Houston, UNC Greensboro, FGCU, Prairie View A&M, and Quinnipiac will mark the first-ever meetings with these opponents.
