Dennis Donkor Named MVP at FIBA 3x3 World Tour Deqing 2026

DEQING (China) – Dennis Donkor of Antwerp (BEL) received the Most Valuable Player award after leading his team to victory at the first FIBA 3x3 World Tour stop of the 2026 season.

Donkor played a key role in Antwerp's success, particularly in the knockout rounds. He scored eight points in a 21-18 win against Miami (USA) in the Quarter-Finals, followed by 10 points in a 21-10 Semi-Final victory over Vienna (AUT). He capped off his performance with eight points in the Final, where Antwerp defeated the top-seeded Ub (SRB) 21-17.

Throughout the tournament, Donkor achieved a Player Value of 41.9, the highest of any competitor in Deqing. He also led the field with 42 total points and 16 two-pointers, showcasing his scoring prowess.
