The Red Bulls come into the game with momentum, having achieved back-to-back shutout victories. Coach Sandro Schwarz's squad has displayed strong defensive capabilities, conceding only two goals in their last four matches, with goalkeeper Ethan Horvath recording three clean sheets during this period.
St. Louis City SC, on the other hand, arrives with a remarkable 16-game unbeaten streak in league play and is positioned fifth in the Western Conference with 44 points. The team is led offensively by Simon Becher, who has scored eight goals and provided four assists, along with Rafael Navarro, who has four goals in his last ten matches.
Despite both teams being established in the league, this historic first meeting adds a layer of intrigue, especially given that the Red Bulls will rely on home-field advantage to secure a positive result. Fans can expect an entertaining match as both teams seek to continue their positive trajectories.
