"Kevin has earned a First Team contract through his work ethic, dynamic style of play, and continued development since joining our club," said Crew General Manager Issa Tall. "He has consistently demonstrated his ability to make an impact on matches, making the most of his opportunities with the First Team while producing strong goal contributions with Crew 2. We look forward to seeing him continue to build on that progress as a member of the Black & Gold."
Gbamblé made his First Team debut during the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup Round of 16 against One Knoxville SC on April 29, logging 15 minutes. He also appeared in the Leagues Cup Phase One match against Pumas UNAM on August 11, contributing nine minutes.
