Carolina Men's Basketball Flex Passes Available for Purchase

The University of North Carolina is now offering a Carolina men's basketball flex pass for fans looking to attend games at the Smith Center this season. This new option allows fans to create a multi-game ticket package that fits their preferences and budget.

Fans can choose between 16, 24, or 32 game passes, which can be exchanged for tickets throughout the season, as long as there is inventory available. This flexibility means fans can decide whether to attend one game, several, or a mix of both.

Jacob Coggins, associate athletics director of ticket operations, stated, "We're continuing to evolve our offerings to help provide our donors, fans, and alumni with packages that appeal to them and their circumstances. This plan is intended to provide flexibility while also securing the best prices for fans."

Key details for purchasing the flex pass include:

1. Each pass is valid for one ticket to a regular season home game upon exchange.

2. Passes must be exchanged for a valid game ticket before entry, and exchanges can be made up until game time.

3. Passes and tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold.

4. The account holder must attend the game.

5. Online exchanges must be processed through the GoHeels account prior to game day; in-person exchanges are not permitted.

6. There are no refunds for unused passes at the end of the season.

7. Unused passes do not carry over to the next season.

8. Passes can be exchanged for any game with available primary inventory, though availability may vary.

9. Exchanges begin on Thursday, October 15 at 10 a.m. ET, coinciding with the public sale of single-game tickets.

10. Rams Club members will be assigned tickets before inventory becomes available for exchanges.

Pricing for the passes is as follows:

- 16 passes for $704 ($44 per pass) plus processing fees

- 24 passes for $912 ($38 per pass) plus processing fees

- 32 passes for $1,024 ($32 per pass) plus processing fees

The Tar Heels' first game in the Smith Center is on Tuesday, October 27 against Charlotte in their final exhibition match of the season.
