The 2023 champions, Telekom Baskets Bonn, are set to compete in BCL's Season 11, which commences on October 6. MagentaSport will exclusively broadcast all games involving Bundesliga champion ALBA Berlin, BBL-Pokal winner BMA365 Bamberg Baskets, 2023 Basketball Champions League winner Telekom Baskets Bonn, and RASTA Vechta, who qualified through the BCL Qualification Round Tournament.
From the Quarter-Finals onward, all matches, including the Semi-Finals and Final of the Final Four tournament, will also be available live and exclusively on MagentaSport. In total, up to 64 games will be shown during the new season, with highlights provided. Each match featuring German teams and the Final Four will include German commentary.
The Basketball Champions League, powered by Ameresco SUNEL, will feature 32 teams contending for the title in the 2026-27 season. The Regular Season runs from October 6 to December 23, 2026, in eight groups of four teams. Group winners advance directly to the Round of 16, with the second and third-placed teams entering Play-Ins to secure the remaining spots.
The top two teams from each Round of 16 group will qualify for the Quarter-Finals, conducted in a best-of-3 format, with winners moving on to the Final Four. The Lithuanian club Rytas Vilnius enters the season as the defending champions.
