ST. LOUIS — The UNI women's basketball team is set to compete for its fifteenth consecutive season with a winning record in Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) play. The Panthers will kick off their league schedule on December 20 at the McLeod Center against the Evansville Purple Aces.

Following the opening game, UNI will face Southern Illinois at home on December 22. The Panthers will then embark on a four-game road stretch, starting on December 31 at Indiana State. Their first match of 2027 will be on January 3 against Valparaiso, followed by visits to UIC on January 7 and Illinois State on January 9.

After the road games, UNI will play four of their next five matches at home, hosting Belmont on January 14 and Murray State on January 16. A brief away game at Bradley is scheduled for January 19 before the team returns home to face UIC on January 22, Indiana State on January 24, and in-state rival Drake on January 31.

The team's second four-game road stretch will start in February, beginning with a game at Murray State on February 5, then traveling to Southern Illinois on February 7. The road trip will include games against Evansville on February 11 and Belmont on February 13.

After returning from the road, UNI will host Valparaiso on February 19, Bradley on February 21, and Illinois State on February 25. The regular season will culminate with a game against Drake in Des Moines on February 27.

The MVC will host the combined men's and women's conference tournament, known as Arch Madness, in St. Louis, with women’s tournament play starting on March 3, followed by championship matchups from March 5 to 7.
