Shake Shack will return to TOPCOURT and John Cain Arena, serving its popular ShackBurgers® and shakes after a successful debut at AO 2026. This year marks the introduction of a bookable dine-in experience at TOPCOURT, where attendees can enjoy the New York Steakhouse Burger and an AO-exclusive Dot Cake dessert.
A standout item this year will be the Grand Slamington, a sponge cake rolled with raspberry jam and coconut, aimed at becoming a fan favorite. Peach Melbourne is also set to return with a popular activation at John Cain Arena, offering new custom toppings and a grab-and-go Peach Melbourne in a Cup at the AO Ballpark presented by Emirates. The AO Frappe®, served by a2 Milk®, will also be available to keep fans refreshed.

Breakfast options will be expanded, with offerings from D.O.C on Grand Slam Oval, Hector's breakfast menu in Garden Square, and YoPRO's protein-packed items available for early arrivals. Garden Square will serve as a key dining hub, featuring Shane Delia’s new concept Pastizzis by Vinu & Delia, alongside highly anticipated debuts like Abla's and Smith + Daughters. Hector's will also expand its breakfast menu while bringing back its cult-favorite donuts and sandwiches.
Grand Slam Oval will include favorites such as D.O.C, Stalactites, and newcomers like Kolkata Cricket Club and Tacoteca, as well as an exclusive bánh mì menu from Khanh Ong. The venue will celebrate the 10th anniversary of Fishbowl with a special offering, Thisbowl.
The Western Courts will host new dining experiences, including Bandak Chicken, a Korean fried chicken concept, and Yamamoto Udon Izakaya, serving artisanal udon. At Courtside Bar, fans can enjoy the Grey Goose Lemon Ace cocktail, available freshly mixed and ready-to-drink, along with premium snacks.
Families visiting the AO Ballpark can explore a vegetable-focused menu by cookbook author Alice Zaslavsky, while Ray Capaldi's Superlupo introduces Italian dishes aimed at family audiences. McCain has become the Official Chip of the Australian Open, upgrading the hot chip experience available at the tournament’s Village, where fans can try exclusive new chip varieties.
The hospitality lineup for AO Reserve includes renowned Australian chefs and Michelin-starred international culinary icons such as Dominique Crenn and Simon Rogan, promising a notable dining experience during the event.
