
ATHENS, Ga. — The University of Georgia Lady Bulldogs basketball team has announced the tip-off times for the 2026-27 season, which features 15 non-conference games in November and December, as well as 16 SEC matchups from late December through February.

The season opener is set for Monday, November 2, against West Georgia at 5 p.m. ET in Stegeman Coliseum, which will be part of a doubleheader with the Georgia men's basketball team.
On Thursday, November 5, the Lady Bulldogs will host Winthrop at 7 p.m. This game has been selected for national broadcast on the SEC Network. Home games not earmarked for television will be available on SEC Network +.
SEC play begins on Thursday, December 31, with a New Year's Eve game against Texas at 2 p.m. ET in Stegeman Coliseum. This contest will also be streamed on SEC Network +.
Georgia's schedule includes five SEC home games that will be broadcast on the SEC Network, featuring opponents such as Auburn, Mississippi State, Kentucky, Florida, and South Carolina.
Head Coach Ayla Guzzardo, who was appointed in April, will lead the team in her first season. She previously excelled at McNeese State and Southeastern Louisiana. The roster has been bolstered by 11 newcomers, including Milan Brown, an ACC All-Freshman selection, Jordana Codio, a Big East All-Tournament honoree, and Dakota Howard, the Southland Conference Freshman of the Year.
