St. John’s non-conference schedule features significant matchups against defending NCAA champion UCLA on November 24 at the Basketball Hall of Fame Women’s Showcase and a road game against Oklahoma State on November 18.

The season begins with four home games:

- **Nov. 2 vs. Lafayette**: The Red Storm will start their season against Lafayette, which went 11-19 last year. St. John’s has a strong record in season openers, winning the last five by at least 15 points.

- **Nov. 7 vs. Wagner**: St. John’s holds a commanding 16-2 advantage in the series against Wagner, last defeating them 80-51 in 2022.

- **Nov. 11 vs. Quinnipiac**: The Johnnies have edged Quinnipiac in recent meetings, with their last matchup resulting in a comeback win in November 2025.
