
FARGO, N.D. - North Dakota State University's (NDSU) soccer team will face St. Thomas on Thursday, October 8, at 6 p.m. to begin cross-pod play within their four-game home stand. The match will take place at Dacotah Field and marks the only regular season encounter between the two teams this year.

Admission to the match is free, with parking available in Lot R west of Dacotah Field after 4:30 p.m. on Thursdays and throughout the day on Sundays. Additional parking is accessible in lots C and D at the Fargodome.
In the series between the Bison and Tommies, this will be the sixth meeting since St. Thomas joined the league in 2021. NDSU currently leads the series with a record of 2 wins, 1 loss, and 2 draws. Their last matchup on October 27, 2024, resulted in a 2-1 victory for NDSU, securing the Summit League Regular Season Championship on the final day.
In their most recent game against St. Thomas, which ended in a 1-1 draw, Morgan Russmann scored for NDSU just before halftime, marking her sixth goal of the season. Devon Kavanagh assisted on the goal. The Tommies equalized early in the second half with a strike from Emily McCarthy.

After the game against St. Thomas, NDSU will conclude their four-game home stand with a match against Omaha on Sunday, October 11, at 1 p.m., also at Dacotah Field.
