Ashley Roni opened the scoring for the Crimson Tide (12-1-0, 5-0-0 SEC) in the ninth minute, recording her seventh goal of the season with assists from Melina Rebimbas and Maison Smith.
The Rebels (7-6-0, 0-5-0 SEC) nearly equalized soon after when Ava Ghoreishi's shot was saved by Alabama goalkeeper Madi Munguia. Another attempt by Katie Ramsden in the 25th minute also prompted a save from Munguia.
Kennedy Garcia extended Alabama's lead in the 26th minute, scoring her fourth goal of the season off an assist from Kiley Kukan.
Despite being down by two goals, Ole Miss matched Alabama with nine shots in the first half. Jenna Studer had a late effort on target, but Munguia made her third save just before halftime, maintaining Alabama's 2-0 advantage.
In the second half, Alabama maintained offensive pressure, but Ole Miss goalkeeper Anna Claire Jacobi made five saves after the break to keep the scoreline unchanged. Jacobi played the full 90 minutes and finished the match with eight saves.
Alabama outshot Ole Miss 26 to 12, with 10 of those shots on goal compared to three for the Rebels. Alabama also earned four corner kicks, while Ole Miss had three.
Sarah Granno and Keira Mitchell led Ole Miss with two shots each. The Rebels will next face Georgia on Friday, October 9, in Athens, with kickoff scheduled for 6:30 p.m. CT.
