The Roadrunners' season will open on Friday, November 6, against UNLV in Las Vegas, Nevada. They will face San Diego State, a quarterfinalist in the 2026 WBIT, on Sunday, November 8, at Viejas Arena.
UTSA will then return to San Antonio for three consecutive home games at the Convocation Center. They will play UIW on Wednesday, November 11, Louisiana on Monday, November 16, and North Dakota State, which won the Summit League Regular Season Championship and was a No. 1 seed in the 2026 WBIT, on Saturday, November 21.
The team is scheduled to participate in the Puerto Rico Clasico, facing Binghamton on Thursday, November 26, and Howard on Friday, November 27. Binghamton reached the WNIT last season, while Howard won the MEAC and was a No. 14 seed in the NCAA Tournament.
UTSA will conclude its nonconference slate in Texas, beginning with a game against Baylor in Waco on Sunday, December 6. They will then play TCU in Fort Worth on Thursday, December 10; TCU reached the Elite Eight last season. The Roadrunners will also compete against Texas State in San Marcos on Wednesday, December 16, and face SMU in Dallas on Sunday, December 20.
