The Lima, Peru native remains undefeated this season, boasting a 19-0 record across dual matches, including a flawless 10-0 on court 1. Her season includes six victories against players ranked in the top 15.

In conference play, Perez is 10-0 and has extended her school record for consecutive regular-season wins in the Southeastern Conference (SEC) to 30, following her performance in a victory against No. 10 LSU.

In a notable achievement, the Aggies have five singles players ranked for the first time this season, with Mia Kupres at No. 43, Ilinca Amariei at No. 56, and Violeta Martinez at No. 102. Lexington Reed has also earned her first career ranking, coming in at No. 124.

In doubles, Perez ranks alongside Kupres at No. 18 and with Amariei at No. 74. Amariei and Martinez are also ranked at No. 54.

The Texas A&M team is currently ranked No. 2 in the ITA standings, holding an overall record of 18-3 and a SEC record of 10-1. They are set to face No. 4 Auburn in a crucial SEC matchup on Thursday at 5 p.m. at the Mitchell Tennis Center.
