Iowa State begins its 18-game conference slate at home on January 2 against the reigning Big 12 Champion Arizona. The Cyclones will then travel for three of their next four games, starting with their first league road game at Colorado on January 5. Iowa State will return home to take on Oklahoma State on January 9, followed by a road trip that includes games against Houston on January 13 and Texas Tech on January 16.

The Cyclones will host BYU at Hilton Coliseum on January 20 before facing UCF on January 23. They will have consecutive home games against Kansas State on January 30 and Utah on February 2. Another series of back-to-back road games follows, with trips to West Virginia on February 6 and Oklahoma State on February 10.

Kansas will visit Hilton Coliseum on February 13, followed by Cincinnati on February 16. Iowa State has a road game against Arizona State on February 19, their first meeting in Tempe in two years, and will conclude this trip at Baylor on February 23. The Cyclones will then host TCU on February 27.

Iowa State is set to appear on ESPN's Big Monday, traveling to face Kansas on March 1, and will conclude the regular season at home against West Virginia on March 6.

The Phillips 66 Big 12 Tournament is scheduled for March 9-13 at the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, Missouri.
